• Provides confidential telephone counselling, support, information, and referral services for personal and production services.
• Provides social support/assistance with: mental health (stress, depression, suicidal thoughts), domestic violence, teen-parent conflict, older adult issues (deteriorating health, abuse, neglect), relationships, parenting, addictions, grief, custody, child abuse and neglect, youth in crisis (bullying, relationships with peers and parents), and financial stress.
