Former Councillor Donnelly Recognized for 23 Years of Service

Charles Donnelly was recognized for his years of service as Councillor for Division 1 from 1997 to 2020.  Thank you Charles!  Charles was presented with a plaque and a gift card from Reeve Harold Martens.
