Former Village Office building or Former Village Office building and lots

Size of building:  16 ft x 24 ft
Lot size with two lots combined:  50’ x 125’

The Village is open to offers for the sale of the former Village office only with the building to be moved or alternately, for the sale of the former Village office with the lots.  If purchasing the lots plus building, an easement will be required to allow the Village of Rush Lake access.

Highest or any offer not necessarily accepted.  When submitting an offer, please include your contact information.  Sealed offers clearly marked with “OFFICE BUILDING” indicating whether you are offering on the building only or the building plus lots along with the price will be received by the following on or before 12:00 noon, Friday, October 16, 2026:
